Princeton Blooms – Participant Waiver, Disclaimer & Liability Agreement

Please read carefully before participating. By signing or proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Saffron Picking Experience at Princeton Blooms involves outdoor activity on a working farm, which may include uneven terrain, insects, weather changes, and other natural or agricultural conditions.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to minor injuries, allergic reactions, slips, trips, or falls.

2. Participant Responsibility

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by Princeton Blooms staff.

• Supervise any minors or guests accompanying me.

• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

• Refrain from entering restricted or non-designated areas of the property.

I acknowledge that failure to comply with farm safety guidelines may result in removal from the premises without refund.

3. Health & Allergies

I confirm that I (and those in my party) do not have any health conditions or allergies that would make participation unsafe. I understand that exposure to pollen, plants, or insects may occur during this experience.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Princeton Blooms, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in or traveling to/from the Saffron Picking Experience.

5. Property & Personal Belongings

I understand that Princeton Blooms is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

6. Media Release (Optional)

I grant permission for Princeton Blooms to use photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation.

7. Weather & Cancellations

Princeton Blooms reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or cancel the experience due to weather or safety concerns. If a session is canceled by Princeton Blooms, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund, as applicable.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, NJ.
